JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position Title:      Business Analyst

Department:        Finance

Location:             Shanghai

 

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Release daily shipment report

Prepares monthly Sales and AR reports, and supports necessary analysis.

Analyze customer or segment sales performance, and regularly review credit by customer accounts.  

Cooperate with sales team and customer service team to drive BU cash collection.

Others assigned by supervisor.

 

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Frequent communication with Finance, Customer Service, Sales Representative.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Excellent data consolidation and Excel skills (e.g., Pivot table).

Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skills.

Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.

2+ years’ experience in related field is preferred.

SAP experience is preferred.
