PURPOSE OF JOB
? Responsible for the Client Relationships with Santa Fe.
? Responsible for ensuring Santa Fe has a clear view of our relationships with the client at a global level
? To drive development and value for the Client and Santa Fe in coordination with the Account Services Manager, 
? To ensure the highest level of services to the Clients, is a senior escalation point for service issues

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? To drive and own Growth and Retention
? Is Responsible for Business Reviews with clients
? Is responsible for gathering the required financial reporting and act upon it if results are below expectations.
? To support Client satisfaction and Innovation, KPI Reporting, Analytics, Performance Management, productivity, etc. 
? To understand the customers’ business – understand the world they operate in and how it affects Talent Management and Mobility.
? To create value for the customer and for Santa Fe
? To be a real expert in our field – keep up to date, keep well informed.
? To know how to apply these skills effectively in Account Management, proactively not passively. 
? To deliver quality in everything we do.
? To be able to prioritise what has a real, significant impact – for the account and SF Group - Globally.
? To expand and forge strong networks of people, strong collaboration in Customer and SF Group.
? To be change management experts – how do we position what we are doing? Does it create value for the customers and help them and us produce better results.

B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Requires sense of urgency for goal achievement
? Able to handle varied activities; multiple, simultaneous projects; multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
? Idea generation, innovative and creative problem solving skills
? Rapport and relationship building focused on achieving results, accountability for results
? People/relationships focus

? Action-oriented and somewhat collaborative decision-making. Quick decision making in response to changing conditions

C. QUALIFICATIONS
? At least eight or more years of experience in a sales or commercial position in Account Development
? Trained in recognised sales practice would be preferable
? Proven experience of significantly increasing sales within existing accounts
? A strong background in developing and implementing a sales plan for maintaining and developing existing accounts
