Job Description (Job based in Shenzhen)
Provide general assistance to Sales Manager and the sales team.
Follow up customer’s orders, samples, sales proposal and sales contract.
Assist on implementing sales promotions including promotion materials preparation, after promotion follow up and etc.
Follow up on payment collection and provide after sale service.
Requirements
College or above
At least 2 years working experience related to Administration
Good command of English skills both on writing and speaking
Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel .
Detailed, dynamic and responsible.
