主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

汽车行业市场分析及研究；Market study and analysis of automobile industry

对汽车行业整体市场、各细分市场的现状、竞争态势及发展趋势进行分析研究，形成月报、半年报、年报等并定期提报和发布；Study and analysis of the auto industry market, the status of various market segments, the competitive situation, the trend of development, and produce the monthly, semi-annual, annual reports to report and release regularly;

独立完成相应研究工作，如某细分市场的分析，形成专题报告；Study and analysis independently to produce a monographic study such as the analysis of market segments;

独立完成日常的行业研究工作，定期向经理汇报；Complete independently the report of daily research and report regularly to the superior;

公司发展运营的研究；Company’s operation and development study and analysis

对公司的行业地位、竞争环境及竞争现状等进行分析研究，为公司的运营发展决策提供支持；Analysis the industry status of company, the environment of competition and the competition situation to support in the decision-marking of company’s development and operation;

任职条件/Qualifications:

汽车专业或市场营销本科或以上学历；Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Auto or Marketing ；

在汽车市场分析领域有2年以上工作经验，有合资企业背景优先；2 years working experiences in marketing research field in auto industry, and JV experience is preferred;

熟悉各品牌汽车及产品；Familiar with auto brands;

具备缜密的数据分析能力、较高的行业敏感度；Strong data analysis ability, be sensitive to auto industry

具备较强沟通协调能力，能适应高强度的工作；Strong communication skills

英语四级及其以上，具有出色的英语口语及书面表达能力；Excellent English oral and written communication skills;

精通计算机（MS套件）；Computer literate

长安标致雪铁龙汽车有限公司，由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司与法国标致雪铁龙汽车股份有限公司共同组建，双方于2010年7月9日在中国和法国政府高层领导共同见证下在法国巴黎正式签署了组建合资企业的协议，注册资本为40亿人民币。

长安标致雪铁龙初期投资84亿元人民币，建设年产20万辆汽车和20万台发动机的生产能力。未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地，目标是产销100万辆。
