Position Description:
Opportunity to join Accessories Products Development as a key contributor in leading one of our Accessories Offering Delivery Teams (ODT’s). This role is expected to successfully deliver accessories products by adapting and responding to our customer needs and business strategic initiatives. Key focus will be leading and organizing an ODT to deliver commitments and proactively analyze business performance to make necessary portfolio adjustments to ensure revenue and profit optimization for Lenovo.

- Work effectively with x-functional peers in Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Services, Supply Chain, Quality and ODM suppliers to plan and deliver products to meet customer and business needs
- Fundamental project management principles will be followed and exhibited to manage and control projects.
- Execute within standard operational process requirements to develop a results oriented and motivated execution team.
- Lead in establishing and tracking team metrics and be able to effectively communicate and showcase your team to stakeholders. Focus on effective and efficient execution internally as well as externally in driving e2e execution.


Position Requirements:
-PMI PMP Certification or plan to acquire -Bachelors Degree
-7 years plus of project management experience
-Proven ability to execute complex projects
-Research , analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience in managing a matrix organization
-Leading and organizing worldwide teams (China, , Japan and US team members)
-Ability to effectively negotiate , build teams and interact with various cultures -Strong communication skills and change management experience
