Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or above.
- 6 or more years of professional HR experience in a multinational or multi-business unit environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a strong team approach.
- Strong facilitation, consulting and communication skills and enjoy interacting with people.
- Good English ability both spoken and written
- Good planning skill and multi-task working ability; thorough understanding of recruitment processes;
- Positive, self-motivator and be able to work under pressure
