Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or related Engineering Fields

2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Plastic Injection Molding industry, 5 of which must be in a Managerial role

3. Good Knowledge in Quality management System, and good experience in process audit

4. Strong Supervisory and Leadership Skills

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with Regional Sites and management

6. Preferable to have Clean room working knowledge, and Medical Devices manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for successful Plastic Injection product realization

2. Communicate with Global/Regional Teams on Customers’ quality requirements

3. Ensure site readiness for Customers’ visit and audit

4. Carry out benchmarking, introduction of best practices and carry out gap analysis on Customers’ quality requirement

5. Capable to manage Site Quality Team and drive for improvement.
