Job responsibilities:

• Manage the CTB (Clear To Build) status;

• Manage the reporting on a regular (weekly/daily) basis as required by management / customer. Ensure team has clear visibility on materials status.

• Monitor the IQC and inventory status, understand the dynamic build request and ensure the material supply.

• Work with the customer and internal team on all identified material issues (including sub-tier supply chain) until issues get closed/ resolved.

• Drive vendors to meet the dynamic & aggressive schedule. Ensure the smooth flow of materials to meet production line support.

• Identify issues in the early stage and monitor/drive these to resolution prior to build.

• Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.

• Redirect pitfalls and develop a better course of action.

• Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects.

• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management. Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.

• Effective communicators on all levels. Escalate and communicate effectively with senior management internally and externally.

Job requirements

• University graduate
• Fluent written and spoken English

• Purchasing experience (min 3yrs)

• Project handling experience preferred
