此职位偏IT系统支持，网络维护，运维方面，需具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

Responsibilities

The IT Rep. will be responsible for IT system ticket raise and follow up with product owner; new system feature lanuch; delivery training of new system features.

In particular you will:

· Help the team to raise IT service tickets allowing smooth business

· Timely follow up tickets ensure timely solution with in SLA.

· Support new joiner on IT setup and equipment sourcing (Laptop; screens etc).

· Be the first expert on new System feature lanuch. Join weekly training from our Tech team in Porto.

· Deliver training to Asia office on system new features as well as promoting to our customers.

· Support from System capability prospective on Tech wishlist.

· Support our sellers on API integration.

· Negotiate ERPs company to lanuch cooperation with Jumia.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

· Good English level on both speaking and writing.

· Understand basic IT system design and potential solutions of common bugs.

· Experience on hardware sourcing channel is a plus.

· Understand API related, how to integrate with ERP specially.
