职位描述
1.Build up training system from zero together with HR Manager;
2.Implement overall training plans and make training records;
3.Responsible for part of recruitment;
4.Staffing daily operation and internal communication.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.4+ years' experience in HR field in multi-national enterprises or joint ventures;
3.1-2 years work experience as a generalist is preferable;
4.Good organizing and interpersonal skill;
5.Can work under pressure and multi-task;
6.Excellent spoken and written English;
7.Good command of PC skills.
