• Collaborating with Corporate resources on bounded customs handbook management to control the bonded material from receiving, production consumption/scrap to FG getting the customs handbook well balanced, ensure compliance process and licensing on products’ import/export operations, to support business operations and new product launches.
• Review, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures and training materials in customs compliance team
• Interpreting international trade regulations, providing subject matter expertise to internal and external customers, and partnering with them to improve processes for import/export trade compliance:
• Champion import/export audit programs, including developing audit schedule, procedures, training materials, and follow up procedures for non-conformances.
• Serving as focal point with Customs to assist with resolving import/export urgent issues that may arise. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
• Prepare & apply customs/CIQ documentation & license relates to import/export when need
• Working together with team to maintaining and assuring the accuracy and integrity of all customs records

Qualifications:

• College degree with +6 years’ experience in customs/CIQ area, familiar with all related customs/CIQ regulation and process;
• Being knowledgeable of project management and coaching skills of customs continuous improve and related supply chain project
• Solid experience in Customs handbook management, and large line import operation/project experience to be preferred
• Coordination skills with proven experience in developing and initiating process improvements
• Assume personal ownership and accountability for projects, goals and outcomes; independently plan and execute own work to ensure completion of objectives. Skilled at problem solving, logistics/customs project experience to be preferred
• Good at both English writing and speaking
• Have ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and overseas counter partners;
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to compliance
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Have knowledge on ERP system on trade compliance operation
