Mission:

· Ensure logistic follow-up of goods exported in respect of regulation at the best cost and time.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and lead an effective and cohesive Shipping Team

· Organize goods transportation in respect of delivery period

· Permanently ensure the flow tracing and tracking

· Provide Indicators in order to monitor the activity

· Leading Shipping Team about 20 Shipping Clerks

· Fully responsible for all shipping and logistics duties

· Leading the team to facilitate the cargo movement to customers Europe and ASIA include China and ensure smooth operations to deliver to Global markets.

· Managing and coordination with the forwarders, internal logistics and customs declaration tams factories to ensure all outbound goods is shipped efficiently and effectively.

· Coordination with Monaco Head office for the logistics arrangement.

· Keep abreast of the latest technology and concept in the area of shipping functions to strive for improvement on productivity and efficiency

· Regularly provide delivery KPI reports to management and other frontline division

· Plan and utilize resources in an optimal way in terms of facilities and equipment system application, people and related information data

· Perform ad-hoc assignment.

· Excellent planning and time management skills and able to work under pressure with tight schedule.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years managerial or supervisory experience in logistics/shipping manufacturing

· Experience in Jewelry most prefer

· Experience in global markets especially China/European MARKETS

· Diploma or above graduated in Logistic and National/ International Transport or related

· Proficient in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint

· Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Good communication and supervision/ management skills

· Able to work under pressure

· Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Director

· Tertiary education/Diploma or equivalent

· Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Mature, independent, detail-oriented and with good sense for numbers

· 5 days work

· Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Shipping Manager

· Be proactive and good interpersonal skill and possess critical thinking mind preferred

· Knowledge of AX system is an advantage
