Job Duties

· Lead a team of the of Commodity Managers & engineers in different location of China

· Formulate strategies to support customers from business and engineering perspective

· Responsible for cost reduction, inventory management, improvement of payment terms, etc

· Manage over USD1 billions of material spending

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering or related disciplines; and/or Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

· Over 5 years global supply chain/ sourcing experience, preferably in project management, direct materials sourcing

· Experience in sizable Manufacturer or Manufacturing Corporation in metal parts / components industry

· Strong background in procurement, engineering, supply chain, product management

· Strong experience in product portfolio sourcing, supplier quality, supplier relationship management, contracting, negotiations

· Strong in project management

· Extensive experience in RFQ/ BOM and NPI projects

· Solid experience in mechanical / assembly commodities

· Excellent in team motivation, internal & external communication

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin is a must

· Willing to station in China & travel Worldwild
