The objective of this position is to source and manage the ODM suppliers and achieve the set performance targets. The position holder will manage various cross-country ODM initiatives and ensure the ODM strategies get defined and implemented in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities
ODM supplier identification, sourcing, selection and contracting for the manufacturing sites in China and globally
Work closely with the NPD team and product team throughout product development process to negotiate, optimize and reduce the total cost to ensure best competitiveness from day one till end-of-life
Identify gaps in terms of suppliers between needs and reality and conduct marketing activities to drive and keep the best-in class supplier panel and sourcing strategy
Negotiate and optimize supply chain and logistics terms & conditions, including MOQ and lead time, etc.
Drive contract negotiation & finalization with suppliers. Set up contract with project team and legal department
Supply risk management in the new product development process
Escalation point for on time delivery and operation issues
Identify new technologies required for new designs. Provide market intelligence and align with project requirements to build an efficient sourcing strategies

Main requirement:
Bachelor or above, majored in Electronics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
Over 5 years working experience as category manager or new product development sourcing manager in purchasing team of a multinational corporation
Experienced & independent in ODM/OEM purchasing.
Substantial understanding in Legal Aspects.
Wide range knowledge in Supplier Management including purchasing principles, practices, nomenclature, and procedures,
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English
Be familiar with MS office especially spreadshee
