1. 负责制定生产年度工作目标和月度工作计划，负责年度目标的落实；
2. 执行好生产的各项工作程序和规章制度，负责工作程序的正确执行和设备设施的完好性；
3. 配合生产计划的制定，为周生产计划的编制提供参考建议，做好各项生产准备工作。
4. 负责各项安全目标的达成，以及各项安全管理工作的完成；
5. 组织与开展质量改善活动，推动质量文化建设，负责监督检查生产过程中质量保证体系执行情况，提高产品合格率；
6. 负责控制生产过程，掌握生产进度，按时交付合格产品，每天提供生产进度报表；
7. 配合有关部门组织应用新技术、新工艺、新设备，提高劳动生产率；
8. 负责分析产品不良原因并持续改善，妥善处理不良品；
9. 负责制定年度培训计划、部门人才培养发展计划并确保有效执行；
10. 负责车间员工团队建设、纪律建设及人员日常管理，建立良好的员工关系；
11. 完成上级交办的其它工作。

 

任职要求：

1、 全日制大专或以上学历，食品、机电等相关专业；

2、 接受过系统的ISO、HACCP、TPM、精益生产管理等培训；

3、 五年以上食品企业生产管理经验，其中有三年以上生产主任管理经验；

4、 具有利乐纸包生产线经验或饮料行业从业经验、熟悉生产规程和质量标准；

5、 熟练使用办公软件，有基础的英文阅读与书写能力；

6、 优秀的组织协调能力、指挥控制能力及创新能力。
