SgT is a Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Service French Organization based in Hong Kong. We provide our inspection and supply chain services to clients mainly from Europe and U.S., and our services include in-line and final inspections for products ranging from Garment, fabric, clothing accessories, leather, furniture, to home accessories. We are looking for Planner Wanjiang town,Dongguan office.

Responsibilities:
1. Receive and collect application form and feed back for the inspection schedule. Working closely with team leaders or QC manager for the schedule.
2.Coordinate with office assistants and inspectors for better inspection preparation.
3.Input order information in company system.Ensure smooth order inspection and arrange job schedule.
4.Check the outstanding list, help accountant Dept to receive the payment in time..
5.Submit weekly&monthly report of order placement, order status and inspection productivity analyze planning manager.

Requirements:
1. College graduate or above.
2. Computer proficiency in MS office
3. At least 1 year planning in garment industry experience is required
4. Good supplier/factory relationship management skills
5. Effective communication, strong negotiation power and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated, efficiency, teamwork spirit, responsible, able to work under pressure and be results-oriented
