Key Responsibilities:

Lion King International English (Hanlin International Program) Teaching Assistant takes the responsibility of assisting Foreign teachers in Hanlin International Program, communicating with students to facilitate their learning.

Assist Foreign teachers in their teaching;
· Create a positive, collaborative and service-focused learning environment in class;

· Facilitate students to achieve their personal goals in other academic activities.


Service and Operational Standards

Daily activities -- Ensure all students adhere to Hanlin International Program process, service standards to create and maintain an engaging, service-focused environment where the needs of the learners come first.
Operation standard - Ensure high service standards, classroom learning and safety standards are met.
Academic Quality -- Ensure the delivery of strong academic results, parent satisfaction and ensuring that Hanlin International Program is an unforgettable experience in the classroom for all of our young language learners, grade 10-12.

Job Qualifications:

Good at English Writing, reading and speaking.
Bachelor degree or above required.
Have a high entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to grow and improve the learning.
High level personal integrity and credibility.
A passion for working with children.
Experience in managing similar educational service business is a plus.

Salary and benefit:

· Fix package varies from 4,000 RMB/Month to 6,000 RMB/Month;

· Five social insurance
