JD

1. Daily sales administration processing (quotations, order, sales contract etc.)/日常销售行政（报价书，下单，销售合同等）;

2. Handle E-mail and communicate with customers about inquires, quote and track orders when needed/处理邮件，客户沟通，关于询价，报价，订单追踪等;

3. Prepare, classify, file and admin all sales contracts and other documents/文件的准备归类，销售合同及其他文件存放;

4. Support sales team and work closely with Service and Accounting teams/支持销售队伍，与客服服务密切合作;

5. Other sales /marketing /admin supporting/其他销售，市场，行政支持.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1.College degree or above/大专及以上学历;

2.1 years’relevant working experience(New graduats are welcome)/一年相关工作经历（欢迎校园刚毕业生）;

3.Computer and software skills (MS Office especially Excel and Power Point, e-mail)/计算机和软件操作技能（MS Office特别是表格，PPT,邮件等）;

4.Good command of English, both written and spoken/良好的英语读写能力;

5.Strong service consciousness/良好的服务意识。
