1. Make the production plan according to the customer order, balance the production capacity according to the delivery time 根据客户订单制定生产计划，根据交期优化产能
2. Make the purchasing order and control the inventory in site 制定采购订单并进行现场库存控制
3. Implement production plan in time 按时完成生产计划
4. Site management: site 5S management 现场管理：现场5S管理
5. Site safety management 现场安全管理
6. Control and monitor products quality 控制和监督产品质量
7. Find and develop potential people 培养潜在核心员工
8. Raise Kaizen events 进行持续改善
9. Team player

Qualifications:
- College degree, major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
大专以上学历，机械或电气工程专业。

- More than 4 years of workshop production management job experience in European machinery manufacturing company.
4年以上欧美设备制造业公司生产车间管理工作经验。

- Be familiar with project mode production scheduling, production capacity control and workshop daily operation.
熟悉项目型机械设备生产计划，生产能力控制以及车间日常运作管理。

- Proved abilities in direct labor / workers leading and supervision with a broad range of experience.
优秀的一线员工领导和管理方面的能力。

- Good technical and commercial English; able to communicate with foreign managers.
良好的英语沟通能力，能和外籍经理进行工作范围内的交流

-Lean manufacturing implementation experience and knowledge

-掌握精益生产的知识并有实际经验

- Good team player
