工作职责：

1. 对弱电系统进行预防性维护保养和日常维修，包括BA系统，消防报警系统，灭火系统，监控系统，闭路电视系统，楼宇自控系统，对讲系统，电子门锁系统，停车场管理系统，能源管理系统、电教系统、会议系统等，使设备处于正常的运行状态；

2. 按照工作检查表检查弱电系统运行情况并做好记录工作。定期向上级汇报弱电设备缺陷和安全隐患；

3. 执行弱电系统和设备的接收；

4. 完成上级交代的其他工作。

招聘要求：

1. 自动化专业本科学历；

2. 五年以上运行和维护工作经验；

3. 弱电系统专业知识，项目管理经验；

4. 具备低压操作证，有一定的物业管理经验；

5. 熟悉微软Office软件和AutoCAD；

6. 积极主动，协调能力和人际沟通能力，具有较强的责任心及团队意识。

Job Responsibilities:

1. To carry out preventive maintenance and daily repair job of ELV systems, including BA system, fire, CCTV, TV, BAS, elevator phone, and electronic door, parking management system, energy management system，audio-visual system, conference system etc. To keep equipment running effectively.
2. Make good inspection and record on ELV system. Make defects and unsafe element reports to department head regularly.
3. Execute systems and equipment take over process and checklist.

4. Other tasks assigned from manager.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in automation.

2. 5+ years solid Operation and Maintenance working experience.

3. Good knowledge ELV systems. Hands on experience with project management.

4. Hold low voltage equipment operation certificates, familiar with Property management.

1. Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

6. Positive, good coordination and communication skills, high team work.

China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) was co-founded by the Chinese government and European Union (EU) in 1994, with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the EFMD serving as its executive partners. CEIBS has campuses in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Accra in Ghana, and Zurich in Switzerland.

As China’s only business school to originate from government-level collaboration, CEIBS is committed to educating responsible leaders versed in “China Depth, Global Breadth” in line with its motto of “Conscientiousness, Innovation and Excellence”.
