PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

l Manage Burn-In Equipment to sustain smooth production, including Burn-In Oven, BIB, Loader/Unloader and etc.

l Support line escalation for higher level equipment troubleshooting.

l Perform new equipment and tooling installation and buyoff.

l Kick off innovation projects with functional team to improve production Quality, Cost and Delivery, especially for System Automation, MMR, 6S and Equipment KPI’s.

l Liaise with Burn-In equipment and tool suppliers for equipment performance continuous improvement and innovations.

l Spare parts control to ensure minimum stock and cost effective.

REQUIREMENTS:

l Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering and electrical engineering will be preferred.

l Preferable minimum 7 years working experience in Burn-In equipment area.

l Excellent communication skill in Chinese/English.

l Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.

l Willing to work under pressure.
