Responsibility

1.Directs the development and implementation of activities in production DA/DP area to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

2.Prioritizes production schedules based on planning, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

3.Develops schedules and manpower requirements for charged area. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

4.Organize action plan to reach the targets of the company / department

 

Requirements

1. College degree or above;

2.4 years or above in Assy & Test manufacture experience, familiar with AOI/Packing etc back-end process, process automation is prefer;

3. Team leading and managing skills & experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously;

4. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

5.work with Excel/P PT Excellent;

6.Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
