SFI is seeking applicants for a full-time Research Assistant Professor position in finance to begin from Fall 2018 or Spring 2019. Candidates with research background in the broad domains of economics, finance, accounting, marketing, management, and information systems are invited to apply.The working responsibility includes doing research in the new areas of finance (especially Fintech),developing a data platform, and teaching.

Applicants should have (i) a Ph.D. degree in economics, finance, accounting, marketing, management, information systems,or a related discipline; and (ii) high potential in research, programming, and teaching.

Candidates are expected to have demonstrated academic independence.

The appointee's research capability will be reviewed by the Institute upon the expiry of his/her first contract.Tenure-track will be considered for satisfactory research capability. Otherwise, the offer for the next contract will be Research Fellow.
