Primary Job Responsibilities

    

• Daily journal entry posting regarding GL function
• Review and approve PO request submitted by BU and make sure the request is consistent with company policy and the accounting information in it is accurate
• Complete monthly closing including preparation of management report and account reconciliation with high quality,
• Assist accounting manager for other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurate manner
• Complete monthly tax reconciliation /monthly filling / annual filling /other regular tax or statistic report required by government or tax bureau
• Support all financial audits including internal & external
• Work with other functional team and suggest continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and/or improve internal controls
• Other assignment on adhoc basis

    

Job Requirements

    

•  University degree in accounting or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant working experience, in which at least 3 years in General Ledger
•  Ability to communicate effectively
•  Good command of English in both writing and speaking;
•  SAP experience is a plus.
•  Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated
•  South Asia General Ledger working experience is preferred
