岗位职责

1. 利用网络平台开拓海外市场，寻找跟踪海外客户，整理并回复询盘并做好后期跟进工作；

2. 及时了解市场信息，维护公司网站、网络平台后台数据并做好新产品的发布；

3. 保持与客户良好的沟通，维护好老客户关系，负责产品的国外市场的推广与销售；

4. 掌握客户需求，主动开拓，完成上级下达的任务指标；

5. 做好资料汇总，包括客户信息跟进表以及产品关键词汇总表等；

6. 收集业务信息，掌握市场动态，及时向领导汇报行情；

7. 积极与生产部门沟通协调，保证货物按时按质出口。

岗位要求

一、基本要求：热爱外贸事业，敢于挑战自我，能吃苦耐劳，勤奋务实，积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神，拥有高度的执行力，能承受较强的工作压力，稳定性强。立志长期从事外贸事业。

二、学历专业要求： 大专以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销及相关专业者优先。男女不限；

三、专业素质要求：

  1. 优秀的英文听说读写能力，能够快速熟练地书写商务英文信函，口语良好；

  2. 精通外贸流程，能够掌握从寻找客户到最后出货交单的一个整体流程。

  3. 熟知对外贸易规章、政策；报关、货运、保险、检验等手续；各国关税制度以及非关税方面的规定；国际汇兑、支付方面的知识。

  4. 熟悉国际贸易法律、法规、公约与惯例等。

四、经验要求：具有一年以上国际贸易工作经验，有阿里巴巴或者中国制造外贸网操作经验者优先。从事过金属行业者优先。

Job Responsibilities

    

    

1. 2. Academic qualifications and professional requirements: College degree or above, major in international trade, marketing or related fields. *** or ***;

    

3. Professional quality requirements:

    

1. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to write business English letters quickly and proficiently, with good oral English;

    

2. Proficient in foreign trade process, able to master the overall process from finding customers to final delivery.

    

3. Familiar with foreign trade regulations and policies; customs declaration, freight, insurance, inspection and other procedures; national tariff systems and non-tariff regulations; knowledge of international exchange and payment.

    

4. Familiar with international trade laws, regulations, conventions and practices, etc.

    

Fourth, experience requirements: more than one year of working experience in international trade, Alibaba or Made-in-china operation experience preferred. Those who have worked in the metal industry are preferred.

    

Work description:

    

1. Use the online platform to explore overseas markets, find and track overseas customers, sort out and respond to inquiries, and do well in follow-up work;

    

2. Keep abreast of market information in a timely manner, maintain the company's website and network platform background data, and do a good job in the release of new products;

    

3. Maintain good communication with customers, maintain good relationships with old customers, and be responsible for the promotion and sales of products in foreign markets;

    

4. Grasp customer needs, take the initiative to do Customer Development, and complete the task indicators assigned by the superior;

    

5. Do a good job of data collection, including customer information follow-up table and product keyword summary table, etc.;

    

6. Collect business information, grasp market trends, and report market conditions to leaders in a timely manner;

    

7. Actively communicate and coordinate with the production department to ensure that the goods are exported on time and quality.
