QC/QA Engineer Electrical Product(Shenzhen area)

 

  主要职责

 

   Test product samples in the office according to the given specifications

          根据给定标准测试产品样品

   Prepare and Conduct QC inspection (in-line or final) in accordance with pre-defined AQL sampling plan 

         根据预先制定的AQL抽样计划，准备和实施QC检验(在线或结束)

   Prepare the inspection reports

          准备检测报告

   Make recommendations and remarks about the supplier’s production 

          对供应商的生产提出建议和意见

工作要求：

-对电子产品的拆装有丰富的经验。也可以检测其他产品，如伞和包，但重点是电子产品。

-知道如何测试电子产品。

-3-4年电子产品检验经验，或在电子产品工厂从事相关工作。

-普通话母语

-英语写作能力

-注重细节的人

-诚信意识

-接受外地出差(考察)(主要是深圳，也有广州、厦门……)-能够与跟单员一起分析过去的问题并准备检验

-具有良好的沟通协调能力，抗压（情绪调节）能力良好，有团队合作精神。

-Experience in handling (assembling / disassembling) electronic products. Can also inspect other categories such as umbrella and bag but the focus is on electronic items. 

- Know how to test the electronic items.

- Either 3-4 years’ experience in electronic product inspection or someone who was working in an electronic products factory in a relevant position.

- Chinese mandarin native 

- English writing ability

- Details oriented person

- Sense of integrity

- Accept to have business trips (inspection) outside the office (mainly Shenzhen but also Guangzhou, Xiamen…).

- Able to analyze past problems together with the merchandiser and prepare an inspection
