1. Define and implement quality control strategy

2. Implement the Quality management system including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards

3. Setup and document the quality standards of Hafele China products.

4. Drive and implement continuous quality improvement using internal contacts throughout the organization.

5. Lead quality team to support quality failure investigation by providing analytical solution, and work with cross function teams to address quality issues, and ultimately solve the quality issue.

6. Lead investigation of customer complaint or incident related with quality and shorten the resolution lead time.

7. Collabrate with suppliers and internal resources to continuously improve inbound quality performance.

8. Setup and track quality KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement of quality and measurement system in problem solving.

9. Lead and develop quality team to comply with business/personal growth.

10. Lead quality team to create “Customer Focus” culture.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in quality assurance and control. 2.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, audits, defect prevention and consumer satisfaction programs

3.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage quality assurance teams.

4.Keen attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on task completion.

5.Ability to interact frequently with internal and external partners for collaboration and problem resolution.

6.Results oriented, open minded and flexible to work with a global team across different time zones.

7.Good communication, project leading and change management skills.
