积极主动，精神饱满，反应机智的团队成员，负责协助团队在活动项目的开发和执行中提供组织和运营管理。为公司项目准备前期资料及相关政府部门报批手续，提供现场活动管理，以及管理供应商。

工作职责：

为公司活动项目准备活动运营计划和预算；计划包括场地布局、活动时间表、人员配备计划、供应和产品要求、物流供应商要求等。

为公司项目寻找物流供应商，同时准备各项目平面布置图

向项目领导汇报工作进展，传达运营计划的细节及现场遇到的问题，并能够在现场指挥各供应商顺利地完成工作

向项目领导汇报相关报批工作进展，确保顺利取得项目举办许可证

准确、完整地记录每个活动项目，并完成每个项目的评估资料

准备项目现场工作时间表，设备或产品费用报价

准备公司各项目展会的运营报告资料

准备展后费用结算，记录活动费用和库存情况

完成其它领导分配工作

要求：

elf‐starter, initiative to develop and improve processes and output with operations

• Excellent written and oral communication skills both English and Mandarin

• Exceptional project management skills with ability to multitask with multiple projects simultaneously

• Team player with ability to work internally and externally to achieve objectives

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), CAD ,PHOTOSHOP and CORELDRAW experience preferred
