岗位职责： 1. 负责系统的架构设计、研发工作； 2. 参与系统分析工作； 3. 负责技术研究和攻关工作； 4. 负责组织和管理部门内部的技术培训工作； 5. 负责技术预研和技术选型； 6. 理解系统的业务需求，制定系统的整体框架（包括：技术框架和业务框架）； 7. 指导开发人员开发，并解决系统开发、运行中出现的各种问题。

任职要求： 1. 要求本科以上学历，5 年以上 Java 软件开发项目工作经验，有 3 个以上大中型项目 架构设计经验更佳，有高性能、高可用分布式服务的后端服务研发和维护经验，熟悉常规 Java 开源框架（Spring、ibatis、struts 等），分布式框架 Duboo，Zookeper、Hadoop、 kafaka 等； 2. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；能对分布式常用技 术进行合理应用，解决问题，熟悉微服务（springcloud 等）、有独立的大型项目经验； 3. 熟悉大规模系统的负载均衡、缓存、网络存储、网络安全、数据库高可用设计及性能 评估机制； 4、精通 Java 编码，多线程机制、IO 机制、集合框架等； 5、熟悉 UML，具有一定的数据建模能力，掌握 OOA/OOD/OOP 设计思想。
