Key Functions and Job Duties:

1. To assist manager in developing and monitoring the quality, security, ethical trading, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, LEAN and accreditation programs for Cargo Services Group
2. To assist manager in assessing customer and accreditation requirements and ensure that these are met
3. To communicate with various departments and companies of Cargo Services Group to organize and carry out quality and security programs
4. To perform internal compliance audit (The programs are including but not limited to accreditations, security and business processes)
5. To perform routine tasks, e.g. data collection, documents filing, preparing statistical report…etc.

Qualification and education level required:

  1. Minimum Degree holder

  2. Minimum 5 years working experience

  3. Working Knowledge and hands on experience related to ISO9001 or ISO28000 or ISO14000 or C-TPAT or Lean is an advantage

  4. Good command and demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)

  5. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with good communication skills

  6. Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  7. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work

  8. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
