Main Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

1. Verify and check suppliers’ invoices according to company’s policy

2. Match suppliers invoices to GRNI/Invoice Suspense

3. Prepare suppliers invoices for payment

4. Prepare and submit documents to the bank for payments

5. Respond promptly to suppliers on payments

6. Reconcile outstanding payables with suppliers’ statements

Personal Requirements: ？

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent level (preferably in finance related discipline).

2. Possess a minimum of 1 years working experience in finance, preferably A/P.

3. Able to communicate clearly in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
