Customer Service Specialist – Implant

Location: Zhongce Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Your task/ Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates with customer to prepare import declaration documents, i.e. invoice packing list.
  2. Coordinates with customer to prepare, planned load, booking detail, pick up process, import & export declaration documents.
  3. Checks, follows up & keeps monitoring import & export process with operation team and updates to customer closely.
  4. Supports customer’ requirements and provides service to meet customer expectations.
  5. Manages response and support to customer, in terms of shipment requests or any issues.
  6. Coordinates between Customs Brokerage, Ocean operation and transportation team to arrange booking instructions and picking-up/delivery of goods and sends necessary confirmation to customer.
  7. Issues notifications to customer in case of any irregularities, discrepancies, disputes or shipment status changes.
  8. Coordinates with customer and operation team in case of problems or clarification needs (i.e. time of planed load, goods declaration, Form, BL, billing issue).
  9. Administers any customer complaints or feedback, documents it and escalates information to superior for advice and resolution for corrective action/preventive action if necessary.

We expect

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Working experience in customer service – ocean and customs
  3. Experienced working with Chinese companies
  4. Have some back ground of ocean and customs process
  5. Attention to details on process and documentation
  6. Good command of English (knowledge of specific vocabulary related to position)
  7. Good communication skills
  8. Strong service mind with can-do attitude

We offer

  1. Incentive Plan: Maximum at 13% of annum
  2. Social Security: 5% of base salary capped at THB9,000 per year (enforced by Government Regulation)
  3. Transportation Allowance: THB5,000.- per month (subject to personal income tax)
  4. Housing Allowance: THB10,000.- per month (subject to personal income tax)
  5. Meal Allowance: THB10,000.- per month (subject to personal income tax)
  6. Mobile Phone: Company mobile phone policy
  7. Home leave travel: Actual reimbursement of 2 round-trip air tickets on economy class for self from Thailand to China with maximum capitation of THB10,000 per trip during the 18- month assignment (subject to personal income tax)
  8. One – times relocation expenses:

1)THB 35,500 to be paid in the first month of employment (subject to personal income tax)

2)One-way ticket from China to Bangkok for self with 20 kgs excess baggage

3)One-time Temporary Accommodation in Bangkok for 30 days arranged by the company

9. Annual Leave: 10Days, subject to company policy
