职位描述：

1.负责全城酒店改造项目，控制项目进度，推进各子项目如期交付；

2.较强的团队管理能力，丰富的项目管理经验。评估及审核团队绩效及识别员工培训需求，提升员工及团队在组织中的效能，完成组织学习与成长的目标；

3.根据公司项目管理标准负责潜在合作酒店的户外广告、室内硬件装修及相关设施二次改造项目规划与实施；

4.对潜在合作酒店的设施评估，进行改造成本估算，根据收益最大化原则为酒店制定上线计划；

5.负责改造工程的计划制定和物料管理,优化工程实施流程及存货管理，保证项目按期完工；

6.与有关各部门（如财务，商务经理，运营经理等）进行广泛的合作，保证酒店改造计划的顺利实施。

任职要求：

1.熟悉材料市场价格及户外广告牌施工工艺，熟悉室内装修工艺及材料价格；较强的供应商谈判能力，努力节约公司投资成本；

2.较强的项目管理经验、人员管理能力和项目把控能力；

3.积极进取的态度和高效执行能力；

4.5年及以上工程类工作经验，拥有酒店、连锁店、互联网从业背景优先。

OYO Rooms currently operates in 7000+ hotels across India and South Asia. It is currently present in 170+ cities in India and has started operations in China, London and UAE.

Transformation function

Transformation forms the backbone of our core value promise of providing standardized experience. Before any new hotel is on-boarded on OYO’s platform, it has to undergo a ‘transformation’ – essentially an exhaustive check or makeover that is required to become an OYO. ‘Transformers’ – as people who work in this function as passionately referred to as, are the custodians of standardization for OYO.

The role of our Project head entails leading Project Leads, thus ensuring Transformation and standardization of OYO’s properties, ensuring that projects are completed with strict adherence to time, quality and costs. A Project head will engage with all concerned stakeholders like Ops Heads, project management companies, vendors and other internal support teams to plan and schedule the Transformation and launch of properties

Duties and responsibilities

Team Management

· Managing a team of experienced and motivated Project Managers.

· Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training requirements of personnel to complement their learning and growth within the function as well as the organization

Project Planning and Site execution

· Responsible for outdoor branding and internal renovation of Properties as per OYO Standards.

· Managing, planning and allocating resources for conducting property audits. Estimate the cost and time required for transformation of every property by assessment of the audit reports.

· Monitor and report progress of site work and solve problems on ground to ensure time deadlines are met

Stakeholder Management

· Engage in extensive interaction with departments within the company(Finance, BD,AGM and Operation Manager) to ensure the fluency of transformation project.

· Identify, negotiate and liaise with vendors for services and materials.

· Ensuring all support departments and vendors are aligned for the launch.

· Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction and quality control

Key Skills Required

· Understand the prices in the material market, technologies for outdoor signboard as well as basic technology used in interior decoration and price of basic material; at the same time, candidate must have the ability to negotiate with vendor to save cost for the company.

· Team Leadership and ability to keep team motivated

· Go getter attitude and ability to execute with speed

· 5+ years of experience in technical operations or project execution
