Account Executive(Lighting) - 客户主管(灯具灯饰)
Responsibilities工作职责
1. Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration of accounts within the product line and/or geographic area specified by the Cluster Manager;
根据部门经理划定的产品类别或地域范围，寻找及大力发展客户；
2. Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;
负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系；
3. Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Cluster Manager;
实现部门经理规定的季度及年销售目标；
4. Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities;
洞察及反馈市场、客户和其他相关的活动信息；
5. Monitor coordination of orders received and subsequent handovers by CSR;
监督客户服务代表的订单跟进和协调情况。
6. Undertake any other duties assigned by Cluster Manager.
履行检测经理分配的其他任务。
Competences and skills 能力及技能
1. University Degree holder, excellent fresh graduated candidates are welcome and will be considered as Account Executive Trainee;
本科学历，欢迎优秀的应届毕业申请客户主管培训生职位；
2. Adequate knowledge of testing & certification industry;
熟练掌握检验检测行业的相关知识；
3. Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);
具有商业头脑及以客人为导向的思维模式；
4. Strong sales skills;
具有优秀的销售技巧；
5. Existing network of relationships within Lighting manufacturing and retail industries is a definite advantage;
在灯具灯饰生产及零售行业领域具有客户资源者，优先考虑；
6. At least two years (one year for Account Executive) working experience;
具有至少2年（客户主管一年）相关经验；
7. Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).
良好的普通话及英语表达能力，若懂粤语或其他语言，优先考虑。
