工作职责：

1. 负责集团IT服务类采购，包括IT专业服务、系统安装、系统集成、运营和维护等；
2. 参与亚太区采购数据分析，专业采购合同谈判和管理；
3. 分析各业务单元的采购需求，包括系统集成，通用解决方案，系统维护和升级等，并寻找合适供应商；
4. 与全球采购团队及业务单元跨部门合作，参与核心供应商选择项目，制定核心供应商评估规则；
5. 执行全球及区域采购战略，实现采购目标；
6. 基于项目的价格谈判，采购合同条款谈判和签署；
7. 管理供应商，考核供应商绩效，供应商关系维护；
8. 与业务单元合作，优化采购流程，节约成本；
9. 协助经理进行采购内部培训和工作统筹分配安排。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2. 具备3年以上采购经验，熟悉IT服务&IT软件，金融服务相关数据采购；
3. 熟悉寻源，招标，比价，等采购流程，擅长商务谈判；
4. 具备丰富的项目采购经验，具备优秀的谈判策略制定、项目管理及项目执行能力；
5. 具备较强的数据分析和总结的能力；
6. 擅长采购价格谈判，合同条款谈判。
