人力资源高级主管HR Supervisor(HR BP)-外企优先

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide professional BP support to Business & related department;
2. Work closely with BU head to optimize organization including team structure design and implementation;
3. Work together with lead to identify talent development strategy;
4. Support C&B, training and recruiting team to facilitate key process to ensure smoothly achieved such as performance review, training plan, session plan etc;
5. Organize company employee activity;
6. As employee engagement owner to build diversified employee communication platform;
7. Support senior HR manager to handle several department's recruitment job;
8. Involve HR related project.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree above with a concentration in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR BP or related discipline and 3 years of professional HR experience;
2. Strong business acumen skills and quick learning capability HR experience and strong customer service orientation;
3. Good at cross function communication and strong accountability;
4. Good communication & presentation skills.
