职位描述
Responsibilities
* Assist RSM to implement the sales strategy in the region.
* Work closely with sales supervisors to achieve the sales target
* Ongoing monitor the team performance, Prepare the monthly sales analysis and report in comparison with the target.
* Support Marketing to seek more opportunities on develop the trade marketing plan, especially on new door. e.g. promotions, store activities,
* Involve the preparation of New Door Opening.
* Build and maintain the good relationship with store and channel.
* Responsible for team recruitment, management and motivation.
* Control the expenses of counter operation and ensure the cost is align with the budget.
Competencies
1. Strong negation skill, could handle the complex
2. Better understanding the company's guideline and direction.
3. Better understanding the Market trend and the company business development
4. Show the good people management skill in the team, encourage the communication transparence.
5. Communicate with internal and external parties to support the sales performance.
6. Provide the clearly guidance and as a mentor to help subordinates to achieve their objectives.
Requirements
1. At least 5y relevant working experience and at least 2y on management level in multi-national company, cosmetic industry is a plus.
2. Fluent in English
3. Bachelor degree or above.
4. Is willing to travel.
