职位描述
工程采购经理—熟装修工程/机电采购
工作职责：
- 负责公司办公楼改建与装修、办公楼设计等项目采购；
- 参与重大项目的供应商资质审核、协助开发团队及需求部门进一步对项目需求、服务流程进行梳理及完善；
- 确保集采项目的招标质量，以减少项目在后端执行及管理时出现的问题及漏洞；
- 建立和完善公司的相关采购制度，不断优化采购流程，采购制度；
- 掌握各种物资的供应渠道和市场变化情况，通过搜集、分析、汇总及考察评估供应商信息；
- 供应商开发、管理及考评，建立合格的供应商资源，优化供应商资源和结构；
- 负责与供应商进行价格，合作条款，品质，交期等的谈判。
职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，三年以上建筑工程类采购的管理经验优先；
- 有较强的计划、采购流程管理、固定资产管理、行政服务商管理的相关知识和工作技巧；
- 熟悉建筑类招投标采购管理流程，熟悉材料设备的市场价位及档次，具备较强的合约造价方面商务谈判技能；
- 精通工程采购知识及市场情况、合同法和招投标法等相关法律法规；
- 对经济趋势敏锐性强，具备了解和分析市场的能力；
- 有较强的沟通协调能力，事业心强，诚信正直，有较强的带团队能力。
