Main Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from the beginning to the end including those on products, projects, delivery time, and orders, etc.
• Generate quotations and order confirmations.
• Make sure the customers place orders are correct before passing to production, and get the right goods.
• Handle custom samples development and quotations.
• Handle customer complaints and claims.
• Communicate effectively with the sales teams, and interior designers and customers in Asian countries.
• Communicate effectively within the Customer Service Team, and other departments including Purchasing, Production, Fabrication, Sampling, Logistics, QC, Marketing, Product Development, Architectural/ Structural, Hardware and Web/IT.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in International Business or equivalent
• 3+ years of solid experience in international or regional project business, ideally with custom / tailor-made products
• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Japanese and/or Korean is a plus
• ISO9002, ERP software experience preferred
• Computer literate including M/S Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Knowledge on architecture / interior design field, and/or hands-on experience of CAD is an advantage
