Senior Technical Support – Toys, Chemical & Sustainability
高级技术支持（玩具，化学与可持续发展）

Job Description:

1.Act and perform according to the company‘s quality policies, prepare relevant documents in accordance with
ISO 17025 requirements. Work with Cluster Manager and Technical, Quality & Facility Team to set up and monitor
internal operational procedures;

2.Keep a professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues. Provide technical guidance for each project and
solutions as per clients‘ inquiries;

3.Review application forms from DEKRA to subcontractor labs. Supervise subcontractor labs to provide quality services for
each project. Review all the test reports from subcontractor labs and help Cluster Manager to approve DEKRA reports;

4.Provide technical support to colleagues;

5.Research the updates of standards, directives, regulations and laws. Work with Cluster Manager to prepare for
internal technical training courses and public seminars for clients;

6.Help Cluster Manager supervise operation procedure, including report quality, lead time, negative feedback from clients
and other clusters.

7.Undertake other duties assigned by Cluster Manager;

Requirements:

1.Bachelor on chemistry, master will be preferred;

2.At least 4 years work experience on chemical analysis for electronic products,

especially for food contac material,RoHS&REACH;

3.Good English skill is needed, good Cantonese skill is preferred;

4.Positive performance under high pressure;

5.Good communication and presentation skills are preferred;


工作职责：

1.根据公司的质量政策执行工作，按照ISO 17025标准的要求准备相关文件。与检测经理及技术、质量及设备部共同建立并监管内部
的运作流程。
2.以专业的态度面向所有客户及同事。根据客户的需求，为每个项目和方案提供技术指导。
3.审核DEKRA提交分包实验室的申请表格。监督分包实验室，为每个项目提供优质的服务。审查所有分包实验室的测试报告，
并协助检测经理审批DEKRA报告。
4.为内部同事提供技术支持。
5.研究标准、法律法规及相关指令的最新动态。与检测经理共同组织内部技术培训课程，以及面对客户的公开研讨会。
6.协助检测经理监督操作流程，包括报告质量，交货时间，以及来自客户及其他检测部门的负面反馈。
7.履行检测经理分配的其他任务。

职位要求:
1.化学、应用化学等化学类及其化学工程专业毕业本科学历，硕士学历优先考虑；
2.具有4年以上电子产品/玩具的化学分析经验，熟悉各种国际测试标准, 如ASTM,CANADA,CPSC, ROHS,FDA，EN等；
3.具有熟练地运用英语，懂粤语优先考虑；
4.能承受高压工作环境
5.具有良好的交际和演讲技巧。
