Job Responsibilities:

1.Lead a team to manage the QC operation,QA function,OEM operation and supplier audit team for Sporting helmet and Molding Foam product.

2.Supervise lab operation as well as improve and upgrade testing methods and equiment

3.Ensure produsts quality is in compliance with legal safety standards and reliability requirement

4.Participate in internal and external pre-production meeting

5.Provide QA&QC relevant input to the Product Development and Production teams

6.Inspection for all incoming raw and packaging marerails,WIP product and finished production

7.Conduct online trouble-shooting activities,impement and monitor corrective and preventive actions on quality issues

8.Identify and deliver relevant quality related training to QA&QC teeam menbers and provide guidance and procedure to the teams to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood,carried out and evaluated respectively

9.Review and formulate the working instruction/procedures for QC operation

10.Assist the implementation and documentation of Quality Management Syetems and participate in warious inspection and audits

11.Prepare monthly reports and analysis and take up ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

1.Degree in Engineering or Industrial related

2.Minimun 10 Years of QC experience in Sporting Goods/Toy Manufacturing industry,in which at least 5 years at managerial level

3.Familiar with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 system related knowledge

4.Good command of both spoken and written in Englisa,Mandarin and Cantonese

5.Fluent in English and mandarin

6.Proficiency in MS Excel,Word&PowerPoint and Chinese Processing

7.Delail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities,good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

8.Knlwledge of ERP will be an advantage

9.Immediate available is highly preferred

10.Station in Guang Dong

11.Candidate with less experience will be condersidered as Assistant QZ Manager
