1. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB :

A. SOP/SSP Management:

§ Manage SOP / SSP meeting with suppliers with rolling twelve months demand to determine the supply plan

§ Provide reliable and timely information on production capacity, long lead time material purchase, buffer stock plan, and identify the risk on the supply plan

§ Propose anticipation plan for to cope with seasonal demand and factory closure, i.e., CNY, Golden Week, Factory Relocation…etc.

B. MPS Management and Orders follow-up :

§ Maintain master data in SAP/APO (Supply planner level)

§ Maintain accurate supplier production capacity in SAP/APO to illustrate the supply plan

§ Execute the MPS analyzed supply shortages and rollout anticipation plan with the suppliers

§ Monitor suppliers’ mass production plan to ensure on-time delivery of orders

§ Proactively propose alternative shipment plan to meet ETA requirement of markets with collaboration of Supply Chain coordinator

§ Provide timely pre-alerts of risk of delivery and propose contingency plan with escalation process

§ Negotiate with suppliers on recovery action plan of delay in delivery and propose solution / action on stock allocation to continents

C. New Project Launching Management

§ Review regularly new project milestone/phase progress

§ Identify potential risk of project delay from supply chain point of view

§ Check that launching plan is feasible vs ramp up plan

D. Supplier Management & Continuous Improvement

§ Regular factory visit to Process A & B Suppliers to maintain good cooperation relationship

§ Reduce suppliers’ Production Lead Time & Product MOQ

§ Implement, Review, Analyze and Evaluate the suppliers’ SCM KPI and work on continuous improvements

E. Exposure List and Buffer Stock Management

§ Implement and follow up with suppliers on the exposure list reporting on a timely manner and manage significant discrepancy to SOP demand

§ Manage EOL Process to minimize exposure risk and negotiate with suppliers to minimize claim of unused critical components

§ Make provision of exposure risk amount and report to management on monthly basis.

2. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED

§ Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines with 5 years relevant working experience Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in supply planning

§ Good communication skills, responsible & self-motivated

§ Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)

§ Hands on experience in SAP/APO

§ Occasional travel to Mainland China required

§ Fluent in English and Mandarin
