2.Provide failure analysis for internal defective products and technical serviceto related department. Rootcause identification for internal defective products, monitor and drivecorrective action as needed.

3.Implement reliability tests for qualification, engineering analysis andproduction monitoring, via coordinating with related departments and suppliers

4.Coaching Engineer / Junior technician about related skills

5.Provide/Review Technical Report for cross-function/function project;

6.Group operation system maintenance and enhancement

Qulification:

1. Education:Bachelordegree in material science, electrical, electronic,microelectronic, mechanical engineering, physics, etc.

2. Experience:above5 years

Understandingof how MOSFET and IC works;

Handson experience on Failure Analysis Tools such as SEM, X-ray, CSAM, cross sectionand other destructive/non-destructive analysis.

Proficienton semiconductor reliability stress test requirements, install the system asneeded, and capable to deliver the result under time constrain.

Goodproblem solving skill on traditional and advance IC package level reliabilityfailure analysis.
