岗位职责：

1、统筹管理Jumia Global运营团队，包括销售支持团队和客户问题解决团队。组建团队和确定职能方向，把握整体发展目标实现路线。

2、HR职能的包括团队预算复审、KPI的设定和复审、人员招募等；

3、根据现有卖家问题，关注如何设定解决方法，以结果为导向；

4、建立和简化日常运营流程，复审和监督每月的服务成果，定期编制统计报告和调查大卖家/客户的痛点；

5、参与运营研究，开发新的服务或改变流程以满足业务需求；

6、根据运营需求的变化，通过与用户部门和IT部门的联系，编写程序手册或者系统变更指引；

7、与海外利益相关者沟通以改进团队运营思路和公司新系统特性的实现。

任职资格：

1、精通英语听说读写；

2、充满激情，积极主动推动工作；

3、思维开阔，有创意，工作有定向能力；

4、4年以上的客服管理或者项目经理经验；

5、具备强烈的解决问题的动力；

6、良好的人员管理和沟通能力；

7、了解电商优先；

8、熟练掌握微软办公软件等工具优先。

Job description:

1.Lead the Jumia Global operation team including seller support team / Customer issue resolution team. set up team and function direction and roadmap.

2. HR function including team budget review / KPI setup and review / hiring etc.

3. Solution focus, basing on current seller issues to map solutions and setup direction, drive the result.

4.Setup and streamline daily operation process, review and monitor monthly service achievement, compile statistics report regularly and conduct investigation on big seller/customer pain points.

5. Participate in operations studies to develop new service or change processes to address business needs.

6. Prepare procedure manual write up and/or system change as per change in operations requirements, by liaison with user department and IT department.

7. Communication with oversea stakeholders for improvement idea and new system feature implementation.

Requirements:

1. Excellent in oral and written English.

2. Must be passionate and proactive to drive solutions

3. Open mind for creative ideas and direction setting ability.

4. More than 4 years working experience in customer service management or project managers.

5. Drive for problem solving.

6. Good people management skill and communication skill.

7. Understand Ecommerce is a plus

8. Excellent in Microsoft productivity tools is a plus
