Position Description:
1)Work with suppliers and function teams on RFIs , RFQs and ensure that technical,engineering and quality, supply and service requirement are adequately defined and communicated to supplier.
2)Help to identify ,develop ,qualify new supplier to support commodity sourcing strategies
3)Work with current suppliers to achieve cost reduction target and saving target.
4)Implement and track commodity sourcing strategies
5)Develop /Improve supplier performance and Collaborates internally and externally as required to optimize supply chain results
6)Monitor and communicate current commodity market conditions, technology roadmap, and identify supply/demand challenges.


Position Requirements:
1)At least 7 years solid sourcing and purchasing experience in industrial IT or related industry;
2)Be familiar with commercial terms;
3)Good interpersonal & communication skills with strong sense of team spirit;
4)Capable to undertake high pressure of workload and challenges and to adapt into the changing environment.
5)Good command of English and Paper Work
