Main duties and responsibilities:

· Maintain existing customers

· Develop new customers

· Work closely with the customers or tender in DESKLINE to ensure LINAK will be part of the big project of using electric height adjustable desks

· Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to develop profitable business

· Technical support to our customers

· Introduction and presentation of new products.

· To fully understand and apply LINAK’s vision of “Lean Sales”

· Be a responsible decision maker

· Feedback market information related with the China DESKLINE industry, i.e. players, projects, competitors etc.

· To creatively contribute to new and existing strategic ambitions

Required skills/capabilities:

· Min. 5 years working experience within the business development of office furniture.

· Have a very high degree of self-motivation.

· Speak English and Chinese fluent, oral and written.

· Experience with customer contact in an engineering industry will be a supplement.

· Be able to establish long term interpersonal relations.

· Understanding of international business.

· Good communicator.

· Be motivated, trustworthy and structured.

** Report to the SBU director accordingly.
