Job Description

• Understand all supplier quality activities, drive collaboration with Development & Suppliers to ensure quality systems are maintained.

• Conduct Factory Inspections and regular review of quality metrics.

• Support of Engineering Team in deploying new products; design reviews, pilot and manufacturing verification tests prior to Mass Production.

• Quickly solve deviation issues which are escalated from production, marketing and the other parties, support Failure Analysis; Manage quality performance, and report on supplier quality performance.

• Maintain Relevant documents.

• Responsible for communicate/release/qualify supplier-initiated change requests.

Education

• University background of electrical, computer or mechanical engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing factory quality engineering control experience, Aware quality tools such as CPk, FMEA, Control plan etc. Can kick off and track factory progress and analyze results

• Has supplier process audit experience, aware of audit tool

• Multinational joint venture experience.

• Experience in New product introduction and process.

• 
  

• Competency and Skills

• Experience of using quality tools and familiar with product release process

• Analytical Skills to review quality data and draw conclusions

• Firmware Skills a plus

• Fluent written and spoken English, CET 4 above

• Strong communication skill/ team work, Works effectively in multifunctional team

• Strong quality mind

• Creative and positive attitude, overcomes obstacles, good at problem solving

Other

• Travel is required within China (40%) and Internationally (10%)
