Position Description:
The Strategy, Operations, & Transformation team plays an integral role in the business operations of the Motorola mobility business, driving initiatives in areas including sales operations, data analytics, and product cost. The team is also responsible for strategy development and formulation, and works closely with teams across the organization to support implementation.

Specific projects / initiatives the Sr. Strategy Analyst will work on include:

• Strategic planning: modelling, forecasting based on business planning scenario assumptions
• Strategy communication: synthesizing key elements of our strategy & plan for communication with various stakeholders across the organization
• Competitive analysis: benchmarking our market position, investment, portfolio against competitors in key markets
• Project management: PM role to help drive implementation of product cost reduction initiatives across our new product portfolio


Position Requirements:
• Bachelors degree of above from tier-1 PRC or overseas university
• 1-3 years working experience, preferably in professional services (consulting, tech., or financial services related) with proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
• Strong analytical skill set including statistics & financial modelling preferred
• Proficiency in both Chinese & English communication
