Position description 职位描述:

l In charge of some HR issues for company employees such as: renewal of Visas, working permits and residence permits; job advertisement and other related HR matters

l Responsible of performing Administrative duties

l Assist the General Manager in some daily duties

l Assist the Marketing Manager for some daily duties

l Assist the Financial department for some monthly duties

l Managing and translating important documents

l Project Assistant duties in case of big size projects (including filing, documentation for the project, etc.)

l 负责一些人事工作，如签证，工作许可证, 居住证，招聘广告和其他相关的人事工作

l 负责履行相关的行政职责

l 协助总经理做相关的日常事务

l 协助市场经理做相关的日常事务

l 协助财务部做相关的日常事务

l 管理和翻译一些重要文件

l 某些大项目的项目助理（项目文件归档等）

Position requirements 职位要求:

l Associate diploma or higher degree

l Fluent in oral and written English

l Expert in using Microsoft Office (such as: World, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

l At least 1 year working experience

l Positive attitude, quick and clear acting

l 大专以上学历

l 英语听，说，读，写流利

l 熟练使用办公自动化软件（如World, Excel, Power Point等）

l 至少一年以上工作经验

l 认真积极，行动和思维敏捷
