The role:
Community Managers are the heartbeat of every one of our business centres. They own our customer experience and all operational functions of a center, while are actively involved in sales (generating new sales, renewing existing, cross selling or upselling of services). As a Community Manager you are leading our centre to success.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction within your business centre, by providing a great customer experience.
- Provide timely solutions to customer queries, resolve any arising issues to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Monitor day to day operations of the centre, by overseeing and managing the centre team
- Ensure the center is always up to our company’s standards
- Contribute to the revenue of the center by identifying new sales opportunities to help customers run their business. Actively promote our services, providing added –value solutions to customers. Handle successfully renewals and expansions
- Generate new sales by showcasing the centre to potential customers
- Build and maintain valuable relationship with customers. Retain existing customers in own community
- Run pre-billing checks and handle debt collections
Working experience, Skills & Competencies
- 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or sales role, ideally in multinational organisation
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other
- Very good level of English. PC literate
- Customer & Sales oriented. Generate, build and effectively service valuable customer partnerships
- Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
- Results driven. Meet or exceed expectations.
- Problem solving and analysis. Actively handle problems, propose effective solutions in line with the analysed information
- Team work. Able to contribute to a team environment towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate, Friendly, Pleasant
- Appreciates Change / Is Flexible
